At Bella Chocolates, our philosophy is to make small batches on a frequent basis to ensure that our chocolates are always supplied at maximum freshness for your enjoyment. On most occasions, chocolates would be despatched the following day.  However if for some reason we are unable to despatch the following day, we would advise you either by phone or by email.

We use New Zealand Couriers overnight delivery service with signature required on parcels.  Although we have used New Zealand Couriers for many years and found their service to be reliable, overnight delivery cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.   Rural deliveries may take an additional 2-3 days.
Delivery can only be made to a physical street address with somebody on site to receive the goods.  New Zealand Couriers do not deliver to a post office box number.

Orders are dispatched Monday to Thursday.  In the case of a rural address, where delivery may take an additional 2-3 days, we would recommend that goods be dispatched on Monday or Tuesday which should ensure delivery that same week.
Our courier picks up once a day around midday. Once goods have been collected by the courier we would confirm this via email and provide you with the ticket number to enable the parcel to be traced through the New Zealand Couriers website should you wish to do

Delivery and Packaging Fees

Metropolitan Auckland  $  9.00

Rest of North Island     $14.50

South Island               $19.50

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery details provided are correct and that the correct delivery option is chosen. 

Bella Chocolates Limited does not accept any liability for delays in delivery or non delivery where the delivery details supplied by the customer are incorrect or incomplete.

Refund Policy
At Bella Chocolates, we take pride in our chocolates and we are committed to doing our absolute best to ensure that our chocolates are of a consistently high standard.
However if our chocolates are damaged in transit or do not reach you in good condition please contact us immediately by email at info@bellachocolates.co.nz or by phone  (09) 817 2983. We will endeavour to resolve any issue promptly and provide you with replacement chocolates or a refund, as appropriate.
However please choose carefully as we are not obliged to offer a refund or exchange if you have simply changed your mind.

Security and Privacy
We respect our customer’s privacy and your private and personal information will not be distributed or sold to any third parties.
Your email address will only be used by Bella Chocolates Limited to:
1.     Acknowledge receipt of your order
2.    Confirm dispatch of your order and provide the courier ticket number
3.    Email any correspondence relating to your order if required
4.    Advise of new products, promotions and news

Payments are processed via Direct Payment Solutions “DPS” an approved site for both Visa and MasterCard.
